At A Quiet Moment for Mama, each box is carefully curated to bring comfort, relaxation, and a little peace to your day. Because of the personal and self-care nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at  amomentformamma@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly make it right by offering a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Subscription Boxes
Subscription orders can be canceled at any time before the next billing date. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
